We woke up this morning to 5 inches of snow on the ground. We heard earlier in the week that snow might reach into lower elevations... but 5 inches? WOW!The kids couldn't wait to get outside this morning and frolic in the snow with all the neighborhood kids... sledding, snowballs, stomping around and making tracks. LOTS. OF. FUN!
Giuliana didn't go outside.
.. but she too knows there is snow on the ground and doesn't want to stop looking out the windows.Dan gets really excited too when there is snow on the ground. I mean... who doesn't, really, right?! It really is so pretty and makes it look like a winter wonderland outside.
But, with 5 inches of snow... you sort of can't escape the "having to shovel" task. So, he went out to shovel the LONG driveway.
Half-way through his shoveling job, it starts snowing hard again. Awesome. Not sure he's really "loving" the continuation of the snowfall this afternoon. Ha!
At least he has the chance to perfect and show-off some new shoveling moves. :))
